Honduras from the heart of Abigail Hummel

Hola my friends in America! I've been enjoying myself on this trip, learning and experiencing new things. More and more, I'm falling in love with Honduras, with the places, the people, the culture, THE FOOD! It's amazing what God has been doing for us. The churches we have been visiting are so friendly and beautiful. It's wonderful to see how hungry they are for change. I love learning the language, though I have had some flaws in that area. The other day instead of saying, "Dios le bendiga" (God bless you), I said, "Feliz Navidad!" Now they say "Merry Christmas" to me instead of "Good-bye." I've been starting my own traditions here! (Not sure if Bro. and Sis. Finnicum appreciate that, but I'll leave that in God's hands. I have to say that Bro. Finnicum was right when he said this trip would change my life. It's safe to say this trip will not be my last time visiting this wonderful country!
