We are so excited to be preparing for another trip to Honduras! The past year has been a very eventful one for the work in Honduras. Last August, we were blessed to bring Bro. Rigo back to Roanoke with us. The Lord made a way for him to be with us this entire year, at least until August of 2013, and it has been a year full of wonderful experiences for him. He has been in several meetings across the nation. Each day he works on English skills for several hours, and he has advanced so much that he is able to preach in English. Please join us as we pray for God's will for his future.
Last September, our interpreter ,Bro. Geinrre, and one of our pastors, Bro. Misael, met us in Shepherdsville, KY, and joined us for the campground meeting there. One of the high points of the meeting was the night that Bro. Misael received the baptism of the Holy Ghost! We were privileged to have them in our home and church for several weeks until the ministers' meeting in Brownsville, TX in November. They have since been back in Honduras working hard to teach and minister to the people there. Bro. Finnicum made a 10 day trip to Honduras in January. He was able to make some new contacts, some of which we will be visiting this trip.We leave on Saturday, April 6th, for our 2 week trip. Sarah Hummel, our faithful "seasoned" missionary will be with us the entire trip. Additionally, our son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Ashley Finnicum, are joining us for the first week. We will be venturing out to 3 new areas this trip, in different parts of the country. We are counting on all of our prayer warriors back here in the U.S. to uplift us as we travel, and to pray for God's anointing each day. As always, the costs of these trips are monumental. Anyone wishing to help financially and sow seed in the Kingdom of God would be greatly appreciated! I will do my best to post as often as possible, depending on our internet availability there. As they say in Honduras, Dios le bendiga!!! (God bless you!) Bro. and Sis. Finnicum
