Meat (served over starch, like rice or noodles)- 20 lbs.
Green Beans- 250 oz. of canned beans
Frozen Broccoli Florets- 12 bags of 12oz. frozen broccoli florets for a total of 144 oz.
Mashed Potatoes- 35 lbs. of fresh potatoes or 2 boxes of 26.7 oz. instant potatoes
Salad- 25 oz. lettuce (2 small contatiners of tomatoes, cut in half, or one large container with other toppings of choice to make 50 salads or more if we have guests)
Coleslaw- 8 lbs.
Tostitos- 80 oz.
Salsa- 84 oz.
Rice- 8 lbs.
Refried Beans- 10 lbs. dry beans
Sour cream for a Mexican meal- Five 16 oz. containers or a total of 80 oz.
Limes for a Mexican meal- 10 (cut up into wedges)
